pROJECT BRIEF
YCBA (Your CFO and Business Advisory) is a strategic and business advisory firm founded by CA Dinesh Kumar Verma in April 2020. YCBA is dedicated to offering quality business advisory services to corporates, including startups, mid-size, and small-size companies. The company's mission is to assist its clients in achieving their goals of becoming successful and responsible corporate conglomerates.
The aim of this project was to develop a comprehensive brand identity and design a website for YCBA that reflected its values, expertise, and commitment to excellence.

THE final Solution
The final solution comprises the Sakhi Bangle (bracelet) and the Sakhi Application, designed to raise awareness about menstruation and the importance of tracking cycles among the targeted users, Indian rural women. The wearable, inspired by the Indian Bangle, is a screenless device intended to track the menstrual cycle using multiple sensors and ensuring minimal manual input on the application. The application is designed to observe the data tracked by the bangle,add to, or override this data if incorrect (thus improving predictions over time through machine learning), analyze user cycles and symptoms, and can be used to share this data with a healthcare professional. Additionally, the application is equipped with an AI chatbot named Sakhi, which aims to answer any user queries and provide guidance for a seamless experience.
The project serves as a mere foundation, representing an idealistic endeavor intended to inspire us to explore beyond the confines of institutionalized learning. Establishing functional learning networks, would require opening up several institutes and facilities for educational purposes and the shared use of the learning center, which is bound to cause friction and only little educational synergy, if any. But it is possible and requires special conditions to be successful. Some of these are discussed below:
1. Setting up resilient communication structures within the city : These would hold regular education conferences to ensure two-way information exchange, crisis management, joint planning and careful consideration of future steps.
2. Setting up a team of individuals representing each institute/community/organization. 3. Ensuring cooperative requirements do not become a great burden : One partner should not be expected to solve the other partner’s key problems: there are clearly defined shared interests, but they fall within certain limits
4. The relationship between all stakeholders should be eye to eye.
